Bahar Factory is a local project. In 2018 it received an official health licence at the hands of specialists in producing natural vinegars, plant oils and herbal distillates according to Iraqi standards. Having realised the lack, or scarcity, of natural, local and trusted products in the markets of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region, we decided to establish Bahar Factory together with several healthy-food specialists.
Bahar Factory works with three main production lines:
1. Natural vinegar (12 kinds)
2. Plant oil (70 kinds)
3. Herbal distillate (30 kinds)
Under the slogan “Natural, Local, Healthy”, Bahar Factory competes in the market with foreign and imported products.
One of the poems of the beloved Sirwan Hussaini for Bahar Factory: “O factory of Bahar, the unique one of the countryside…” praising its purity, natural products and honesty.
